This is our most up to date 2026 price list for the Cocktail Bartender Hire and Drinks Packages.

The rates apply for Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide CBD area. We offer a transparent pricing structure for our professional event services for hire with no hidden costs or other charges. When you hire a bartender, the price you receive during your initial inquiry is the final rate you pay. Additional charges will apply for events happening outside this area, the full cost will be confirmed once you send your location.

Cocktail Waiting Staff

Rates Applied $200

What they do: wait staff take drinks orders, clear the area of empty bottles or dirty glasses, and help with general cleaning.

Cocktail Bartenders

Rates Applied $250

What they do: mixologists set up the drinks station area, serve cocktail and standard drinks, they keep the bar area tidy.

When we build our Mobile Bar & Bartender Hire packages, we do it with one think in mind, to give our clients the freedom to relax and enjoy the company of their guests. We offer luxury affordable party hire options with no hidden costs, you know exactly what you pay and how to budget the event.

Take your pick and choose from our basic Bartender Hire, Dry Hire Package or the All Inclusive Drinks Package. Both Bartender Hire and Dry Hire packages are our most affordable options, we provide the bartender and a shopping list of ingredients based on your chosen cocktails.. Our Drinks Package (everything included) is the better option for busy hosts.

When you book the all-inclusive mobile bar package, we bring all the logistics including the alcohol, fresh fruits, ice, glassware, and ice, providing a completely stress-free experience.

Dry Hire Package

If you want to provide the drinks you only want to hire bartender & glassware, The Dry Hire Package is the perfect choice. This option includes one cocktail bartender for 3 hours, a mixed set of 50 glasses, and 5kg (11lb) of ice delivered at your location.

Our smallest drinks package, includes one cocktail bartender for 3 hours at your location and a selection of 3 cocktails, 60 drinks in total. Perfect for private parties, suitable for small scale events with max 15 -20 guests attending.

Our most popular drinks package, includes 80 drinks served by a professional mixologist at your location (glassware, ice and all ingredients included). Perfect for your party at home or at the office, with up to 25 -40 guests attending.
