The number of bartenders you will need is based on the number of guests attending and the type of service required. For cocktails, one bartender can handle 25/30 guests max in a professional manner. For beers/wines, one bartender can handle 35/40 guests.
The average rates of hiring bartenders are $250 per Cocktail Bartender for 3 hours and $225 for Classic Bartenders. The rates apply for events happening in CBD, travel charges will apply for other areas.
Absolutely, book the basic Bartender Hire package if you already have access to drinks and glassware.
We also offer Dry Hire packages (bartenders, glassware and ice) and All Inclusive drinks packages as well. Plan your event smart, not hard!
